We offer a tiered bonus system based on the size of the company that signs up. The larger the company, the higher the reward:
For companies with 101–500 employees: you’ll receive a $500 bonus
For companies with 501–1,000 employees: you’ll receive a $1,000 bonus
For companies with 1,001–5,000 employees: you’ll receive a $3,000 bonus
For companies with 5,000+ employees: you’ll receive a $5,000 bonus

To ensure fair rewards and genuine connections, our team will verify that:
The referred company is a real, registered organization.
The referred contact holds the HR position (or a related decision-making role) listed in the form.
The referred contact uses a valid work email address (i.e., @company.com).
We do not accept personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) as referrals must come from and go to verified business contacts.
One Referral per Contact:
Each referred contact may only be submitted once to the referral program. Duplicate referrals will not be eligible for rewards.Eligibility for Gift Cards:
If the referred company is verified to have fewer than 1,000 employees, both the referrer and the referred contact will receive a $50 gift card.
If the company has 1,000+ employees, the gift card value increases to $100 per person.Gift Card Issuance:
Gift cards will only be issued after:The referred contact attends a scheduled demo
For closed deals bonuses: The company becomes a paying customer (deal closed and implementation complete).
Qualified Referrals Only:
Referrals must be:Net-new contacts (not already in sales conversations
HR or wellness decision-makers or influencers within their organization.
No Self-Referrals:
You may not refer yourself or anyone from your own company. Gift cards will not be issued for ineligible referrals.Referral Expiry:
Referrals are valid for up to 60 days after submission. If the referred contact does not respond or complete the demo within that period, the referral will be considered closed.Program Changes:
Wellness Coach reserves the right to change or terminate the referral program, terms, or reward amounts at any time without prior notice.Gifcards Distribution:
Rewards will be sent via email using the contact information provided. Wellness Coach is not responsible for undelivered rewards due to incorrect or outdated email addresses.Tax Disclaimer:Recipients are responsible for any tax implications resulting from reward acceptance.
Fraud Prevention Clause:Suspicious or fraudulent activity may disqualify participants from the program.
