Rewards FAQ

  • What are Rewards?

    Wellness Coach’s Rewards is a point-tracking feature to convert your Wellness Coach app activity into points that can be redeemed for prizes on behalf of your company.

  • Why are Rewards available?

    Your company wants to reward you for your efforts in improving your mental, physical, and overall well-being with prizes.

  • When can I start earning Rewards?

    Your company determines the date you can begin earning points. The time frame is available in the Overview tab of the Rewards section of the Wellness Coach app.

  • Where can I find my company’s reward information in the Wellness Coach app?

    In the Overview tab of the Progress section. Click on Reward Points from the home screen and slide to the right tab called “Overview”.

  • Is there a maximum amount of points I can achieve?

    Yes, there is the maximum amount of points in a time period set by your company. You are welcome to continue completing activities but you will no longer earn points after you reach the maximum.

  • If I complete sessions from a Program or Challenge, are the sessions included in my Daily goals and Reward Points? When will I receive the Points for completing the sessions?

    Yes, they will appear in both Daily Goals on days when participation was active and toward Rewards Points if applicable. You can see the points on your Rewards Points tab once the Program or Challenge is completely finished.

  • Do I have to complete the Program in a certain timeframe to be rewarded points?

    Most Programs can be completed in any timeframe that suits your schedule. Once all the steps, levels, and check-ins are complete, you will receive Points for completing the Program. In order to achieve Rewards Points, the entire Program must be completed within the Rewards timeframe set by your company.

  • For Challenges, will I receive points if I skip a day or do not participate the entire time?

    We encourage you to complete every day of your challenge. You will earn points for completing your challenge even if you did not engage with the Challenge every day.

    The minimum amount of minutes that must be completed to receive points for the Challenge are set by your company. You can find more information in the Overview tab of the Rewards Points page.Description goes here

  • When will I receive Rewards points for completing a challenge?

    After the last day of your challenge, you receive Rewards points for completing a challenge.

  • For Launch-A-Challenge, I invited people but not everyone joined. Do I still get points for sharing?

    Unfortunately, we cannot track the number of times a challenge was shared, so you will only receive points for those who joined the challenge in the Wellness Coach app. For launched challenges, you will receive Reward Points for the challenge if the minimum number of participants noted for this activity has joined.

  • For Sharing, what if I share the app with my family and friends?

    Points are earned by sharing the app with other employees at your company. Although everyone at your company already has access to Wellness Coach, sometimes an invite from a colleague is the best way to get them started or to jump back into their wellness journey.

  • I am missing points from an activity that I know I completed. What do I do to get the Points I am missing?

    We are sorry to hear that you have experienced this error, but are happy to correct any issues for you. Please email support@wellnesscoach.live with the subject ’Missing Reward Points’ and let our team know what appears to be missing from your Rewards Points balance.

  • How do I redeem rewards?

    Once you reach the minimum amount of Points to redeem a reward, the Redeem button will appear on your Rewards Points page in the Wellness Coach app. From there you can select what Reward you want to redeem your Points for.

  • How do I receive my Reward after I redeem it?

    After you redeem your reward, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days with more information on how to access your prize. The used points will be removed from your balance after you redeem your reward.
