We’re thrilled to introduce you to our specialized 6-month or 12-month Wellness Coach Weight Management Program. This program is designed for employees who are either actively taking GLP-1 medications and looking to transition to a healthier lifestyle after achieving their goals, or for those who no longer qualify for GLP-1 medications.

Our goal is to support your every step toward achieving your weight management goals. Here’s what’s included:

Personal Coaching:

Enjoy up to 4 personal coaching sessions each month with a dedicated coach who has a proven track record in weight loss success to support long-term sustainable change.

Cash Rewards:

Earn cash rewards for achieving weight loss milestones, giving you extra motivation to stay on track and celebrate your success!

Outcome-Focused:

At the end of the program, participants have the opportunity to undergo a final assessment of their entire weight loss journey and provide feedback.

Who is this program for?

  • • Current GLP-1 Users: Available to employees currently taking GLP-1 medications to focus on long-term sustainability.

    • Transitioning Individuals: Available to employees who are at goal or no longer eligible for GLP-1 medications.

Eligibility Criteria Examples

    • A1C Levels: An A1C level of 7 or higher

    • BMI Threshold: A BMI of 25 or higher.

    • Medical Proof (Optional): Lab results or a doctor’s note.

Wellness Coach GLP Program

The high cost of Ozempic and other similar non-generic drugs leaves most companies and employees unable to afford GLP-1 therapies. Employers are looking for solutions that use medications for a shorter period and then set their employees up with long-term healthy habits. 

Our Solution

    1. Employees gain affordable access to safe, alternative treatments to brand-name drugs, with the ease of qualification screenings directly from your company's wellness platform.

    2. Your employer sets the criteria to design a personalized program with criteria like minimum A1C levels or BMI, ensuring it aligns with your team’s needs.

    3. A dedicated Care Coordinator ensures the integrity of health reports, while our PBM arranges for a physician to assess each employee’s suitability for GLP-1 therapy.

    4. Wellness Coach offers a tailored coaching program for nutrition and fitness for long-term lifestyle change.

    5. Constant monitoring: Employees sync their devices to Wellness Coach, enabling activity tracking that informs reward or discount eligibility.

Example Application

  • An employee with an A1C of 7.6, not currently on medication, qualifies for the program. The employer agrees to cover 100% of the GLP-1 medication costs for one year, contingent on the employee attending weekly nutrition coaching and monthly fitness sessions.

    Furthermore, they need to achieve a daily step target of 10,000. If the employee reduces the frequency of coaching to monthly and logs 7,000-10,000 steps daily, the discount on GLP-1 medications decreases to 80%.
